Really enjoyed my very good stay for our anniversary celebration. Had a buffet breakfast in the restaurant. - It had stunning and nice location really close to nearby Ban Klong Muang beach. - the amazing Maya restaurant. - Staff who work nonstop day after day throughout the complex.

The pool is huge and beautiful as is the actual hotel and everything is very well maintained and looked after.

The hotel is situated about 30 minutes away from Au nang and the hotel shuttle service does not run at sufficient times seeing that there is nothing much to do should it be raining I.E. no golf or swimming so....................Also they should at least offer a free service to places such as airport or ferry or bus etc. even if taxi's are available - it would just be a nice gesture.

Everything was very good, met requirements, and the staff were very professional and all professional people in the club. The restaurant was wonderful for evening meals, I tried DELICIOUS dishes. The location was nice and best possible as it was near restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for holidays.

The weather was wonderful and we had an enjoyable stay celebrating our anniversary. the restaurant served delicious Thai and Indian cuisine, and we tried their special dishes. - the staff was caring and attentive, and the bathroom was luxurious. - the hotel is conveniently located on the beachfront near Koh Kwang Beach in a family-friendly area.

Great hotel with excellent hotek staff. Planty of hotel activities. Beautiful pool. Cheap excursion on Hong island organized by hotel.

In my room rate breakfast was not included and I have to say it is to expensive even for Sofitel and especially for Thailand - 15EUR/per person. Hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang and night life but it depends what are you looking for holiday.

I truly enjoyed our 4 days at this hotel. The venue is luxurious, with such caring staff in the club. The rooms are well-appointed and nicely furnished. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of dishes. The venue is located in a beachfront position in a quiet part of town. The wine bar offers cool drinks.

The food in the restaurants did in general not live up to the rest of the hotels standard - except for the breakfast. We tried all the restaurants and non were great. Presentation, and service could be ok but the taste of the food was quite ordinary. You will get much tastier food at half the price in the city.

Loved this family-friendly hotel, beautiful location and soundproof rooms. the staff I met were so caring and attentive. - They offered a Wheelchair Accessible room with fine bedding, iron, and fruits, which was great. - Everything was simply modern.

The breakfast food, especially slices of fresh bread, cakes, eggs, croissants, and hot waffles was great. The service was good, the staff where really helpful. It was in a beachfront location, at away from the main tourist hub at downtown.
